I have been practicing as a physical therapist for nineteen years, and my passion for the profession grows with age. My journey began at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, where I completed my Bachelor of Physical Therapy in 2005. I later deepened my knowledge at the Hogeschool Utrecht, where I obtained my Master’s degree in Pediatric Physical Therapy. But my learning path did not stop there; I retrained in a range of disciplines, from NLP and Hypnotherapy to the Havening Technique and Brainspotting.

My specialization is in the area of psychosomatic complaints and sleep problems. I believe that our bodies and minds are inseparable. What makes my work so special is the opportunity to discover with my patients the role of their mind in their physical complaints. It is wonderful to see how self-awareness, strength and confidence grow during the process.

In my practice, I primarily see patients with tension-related complaints, sleep problems, headaches, dizziness and more. Every treatment journey is unique, and I love working with my patients to put the puzzle together and give them the tools to get a handle on their situation.
