Physical Therapy MCN is growing and that is why we are looking for reinforcements! In the role as a Front Office Assistant, you will be in frequent contact with patients and colleagues, as well as dealing with administration. You will work with young, highly professional and experienced colleagues and together you will make a difference for our patients in Amsterdam Noord and far and wide.
Work
You will work closely with Leyla, your colleague in the front office. Some of the work:
- You will give our patients a warm welcome and have a friendly chat when there is room for it. As the business card of the practice, you know how to put people at ease.
- You will be the telephone point of contact for patients and associates, enter patient information, verify insurance information and assess which therapist the patient can best be scheduled with.
- If a claim is rejected, you find out why and make the necessary corrections. Here you are the contact between the therapists, the patient and the insurers.

- You will schedule and change appointments and process documents and referral letters.
What does physical therapy MCN offer you?
- A contract for 32 hours per week spread over 4 days (Monday, Tuesday Thursday & Friday) from 09:00 – 17:30.
- Your salary will be between €2,200 and €2,962 per month (based on 40 hours). The amount of your salary depends on your experience.
- You will have 25 vacation days (for a 40-hour contract) and accrue 8% vacation pay.
