I have been working as an Exercise Therapist Mensendieck and Physical Therapist for 4 years now. I received my training at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, where I also specialized in different areas, such as TENS, chronic pain, sPAV, COPD, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

In addition to these specializations, I also have experience treating postural problems, (low) back pain, and neck and shoulder pain. My interest lies primarily in treating the elderly, as they often deal with chronic conditions.

It’s wonderful to get the elderly moving again and have them experience activities they haven’t been able to do for a while. A special moment for me was when a patient diagnosed with breast cancer and weakened by chemotherapy made a full recovery after three months of rehabilitation. Her joy and gratitude are unforgettable to me.

At PhysioMCN, I feel at home on a fun team. It is a great company where I can learn an awful lot from my colleagues, and I get the opportunity to further develop in health care in areas I am interested in.

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, riding motorcycles and playing soccer.
